COMPANY BACKGROUND
   
  SEIHO Engineering and SEIHO Sign Technology, a team of signcraft technicians and engineers who are equipped with this specialised trade expertise and experience for more than ten years.

We are registered with L3 Grading (CR11) under the Building and Construction Authority with the capacity of handling Signage Project work of more than 3 Million SIN Dollars. We are also certified with ISO 9001:2000 Quality System and Occupational Health & Safety Accessment System for the Manufacture & Installation of Signboards & Advertising Displays.

Thanks to our committed staffs, technicians and all our clients whose valuable support made it possible for SEIHO to acquire a strong foothold in the signage industry.

Our specialized services include in design, manufacture and installation of all kinds of illuminated or non-illuminated for Retails & Supermarket Outlets, Indoor or Outdoor customized signages and Aluminium Cladding work of Building Facade for corporate companies in Automobile Retail, Banking, Petrochemical Industries & Related Government Agencies.

We have also been involved in overseas signage projects together with our associate companies in Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Taiwan during the past year of business.

PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

       Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all operations related matters including various stages in sign design, production and maintence work
  • Sourcing and procurement of base materials to facilitate fabrication work of all confirmed work assignments
  • Perform raw material inventory to support replenishment for production demand.
  • Manage the well being of the entire operation workforce inclusive of allocation of task for each operations staff daily
  • To be responsible for administrative work related to production
  • Effective scheduling rules for optimum utilization of production capacity
  • Initiate to identify issue and highlight issue to management on production cycle time/installation or logistic
  • Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and take actions on violators.
  • To plan and Monitor work in progress to meet production deadline and delivery requirements.
  • Optimize loading capacity and monitor movement of finished goods delivery.
  • Ensure excellent packing and arrangement of delivery for finished signage for installation

       Requirements:

  • Singaporean & Malaysians PR are welcomed  
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Good people management skills
  • Ability to priorities and meet deadlines
  • Prefered min of 2 years production coordination experience in related field


GRAPHIC ARTIST

       Responsibilities:

  • To create artwork and graphic simulation for proposals ,presentations for clients or statutory board submissions  
  • Proficient in elevations drawings
  • Involve in development and enhancement of artwork
  • Effective concepts and solutions that best represents what was required and requested by our clients

       Requirements:

  • Proficient in Photoshop, Corel Draw, Autocad, Illustrator, Flexi Sign
  • Meticulous and able to multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Positive work ethic and attitude
  • Singaporean & Malaysians PR are welcomed  
  • We accept internship and fresh graduates


SIGNCRAFT INSTALLER

       Responsibilities:

  • To fabricate signage in safety conscious enviroment
  • To handle installations strictly under safetly rules and regulations
  • To manufacture products according to specifications and standards
  • Meticulous in producing quality works in given timeline

       Requirements:

  • Physically Fit
  • Singaporean & Malaysians PR are welcomed  
  • With or without experience


DRIVER CUM INSTALLER

       Responsibilities:

  • To manage daily Logistic and Delivery operations
  • Coordinate with team during installation
  • To practice safety driving and abide traffic rules and regulations
  • To ensure own and team members safety
  • To assist loading and unloading of signages with care
  • To maintain cleanness of vehicle and keep it in a good working condition
  • Good Time Management and Team Player
  • Responsible for keeping vehicle clean and in good working condition

       Requirements:

  • Physically Fit
  • Class 3 license
